The Challenge: Fixing a cluttered, video-heavy PDP that prioritizes Live TV over actual shopping conversion.
Key Insight: Users shouldn’t have to wait for a 4K video stream to load just to see the “Add to Cart” button.
The Hook: A “Performance-First” UI. By reordering the hierarchy (Short title → Clear Price → Reviews → CTA), I brought the “Buy” action above the fold while reducing initial page load weight.
